Official entry time is at 4:00 p.m. but if your room / suite is available before this time, you can make use of it. If your room is unavailable, you can make use of the hotel facilities, including the lunch service for clients with full board or all-inclusive.
On the day of your departure, you must leave the room, return the keys in Reception and pay the outstanding balance before 12 noon.
Drinks are not included in half board or full board.
Half board includes breakfast and dinner. It does not admit changes.
All our rooms and suites have a side view of the sea. The only accommodation with a terrace facing the sea are double rooms with a sea view (with a supplement) and themed suites.

Access to the spa is only for people over 16 years old. Children from 3 years old can only use the pool as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and within the special Family Spa hours.
The disabled parking spaces in the parking / garage are to be paid and are related to the special rooms for people with reduced mobility.

? The spa is an extra service for a fee. Only one spa circuit per person and stay is included for clients over 16 years of age who book a Themed Suite or Privilege Suite. You can check the spa prices here.
Yes, with a supplement. You can never exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 people in the room / suite, including babies.
The meals are served at the buffets. The service of the themed restaurants is courtesy of the hotel, in which you can change any dinner or meal from the buffet for one of our à la carte restaurants (always subject to availability). If you have booked a themed suite, Privilege or Zetty, the meal service is contracted directly in the themed restaurants.
Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed, always having to be dogs trained in specialized centers that accompany people with visual or hearing disabilities or any handicap, or dogs included in assisted therapies. These dogs always have to be identified and be serving the person for whom they are authorized.
