Do not entertain doubts

  • What time is check-in at the hotel?
    The official check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if your room/suite is available before this time, you may use it. If your room is not yet available, you may access the hotel and use the facilities, including the lunch service for guests with full board or all-inclusive stays.
  • What time should I leave my room?
    On the day of your departure, you must leave the room and go to Reception to return the keys and settle the outstanding balance before 12 noon.
  • Does half board/full board include drinks?
    Drinks are not included in half-board or full-board options.
  • With half board, can I exchange dinner for lunch?
    Half-board includes breakfast and dinner. Changes are not permitted.
  • Is food included on the day of my arrival at the hotel?
    If you have booked full board or all-inclusive, you can enjoy the meal service on your arrival day, and the last service will be breakfast on your departure day. If the first service is dinner, you can enjoy the meal service on your departure day, but you must still leave your room by 12 noon (luggage storage is available).
  • What does the All-Inclusive plan include?

  • Do the rooms have an ocean view?
    All our Plaza, Privilege, and Zetty rooms and suites have side sea views. We have a limited number of standard rooms with seafront terraces (for an additional fee). All themed suites have seafront terraces.
  • Are theme restaurants included with my reservation?
    The board purchased is available at the buffets. Service at the themed restaurants is courtesy of the hotel, and guests can exchange a buffet meal or dinner for one of our à la carte restaurants (always subject to availability). If you have booked a themed suite, Privilege suite, or Zetty suite, the service purchased is available directly at the themed restaurants.
  • How does the sun lounger reservation system work?
    During the summer season, sun loungers by the outdoor pool are reserved through the web app. This service is exclusive to guests staying at the ZT Hotel & Spa Peñíscola Plaza Suites. You will have access to the web app upon check-in.
    Also, during the summer season, the hotel provides its guests with sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which must be reserved through the hotel's web app.
  • Can I reserve theme restaurants, parking/garage, and sun loungers before I arrive at the hotel?
    These services cannot be reserved in advance. Learn more about our themed restaurants here.
  • Is the spa included?
    The spa is a paid extra service. Only one spa circuit per person per stay is included for guests over 16 years of age who book the Theme Suite and Privilege Suite. Prices can be found here.
  • Can children enter the spa?
    Only those over 16 are allowed in the spa. Children 3 and older are only allowed in the pool area when accompanied by a responsible adult and during special FAMILY SPA hours.
  • I have a disabled car card. Do I get free parking/garage?
    Parking spaces for disabled guests in the parking garage are subject to a fee and are associated with special rooms for people with reduced mobility.
  • Can I request a crib?
    Yes, with a supplement (limited units). Please note that the maximum occupancy of four people per accommodation unit, including infants, cannot be exceeded.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed. They must be trained in specialized centers that accompany people with visual, hearing, or other disabilities, or dogs included in assisted therapy. These dogs must always be identified and be serving the person for whom they are authorized.
  • When is the deposit charged?
    At check-in, a credit card or cash deposit of €100 is required.
  • What credit cards are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and 4B.
